Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the time they are received.
State whether or not shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
FedEx is our shipper of choice, Your order will be boxed appropriately and shipped insured. Rates are weight-based and will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to order completion!
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sorry, we do NOT ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. No exceptions!
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
During our normal business hours, Mon-Fri 10-5, your orders will be processed within 24 hours, and tracking information sent via email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
AAA Band Rentals, LLC. and AAABandRentals.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
AAABandRentals.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Sorry, we do not ship beyond the contiguous 50 states.
Returns Policy
Certain items for purchase cannot be returned due to the nature of their intended use. Items such as PPE, opened reeds, mouthpieces, and print music are neither exchangeable nor returnable. Please be sure when you’re purchasing these items that you have chosen the exact item you need.
If you've rented an instrument, you're welcome to return it at any time.
