Updated: Jan 15, 2023

AAA Band Rentals is your full-service band & orchestra instrument repair shop! Whether your instrument needs a minor adjustment or a full overhaul, we are the place to go.

All band & orchestra instrument repairs are done in-house at our state-of-the-art facility in Norwalk, Connecticut< enabling us to offer a quick turnaround and free estimates. In many cases, we'll provide a loaner at no cost while your instrument is being serviced.

We make it easy to keep your band or orchestra instrument in top condition. There's no getting around it—musical instruments require regular maintenance to play their best. We offer an optional Maintenance & Replacement plan with our rental program and an Annual Maintenance Plan on most privately owned instruments in addition to our standard repair shop services. Bring your instrument in, and we'll give you a repair estimate, terrific service, and quick turnaround times!

The slides and pistons on the left, are in desperate need of cleaning. They were stuck in the horn and completely incapable of being used while playing to adjust for pitch. The slides on the right have been cleaned, first in our ultrasonic tank, then finished by hand with incredible care and attention to detail. They'll be properly lubricated and put back in the cleaned horn! The horn will function as smoothly as it did when it was new!

Our Extra Large capacity Ultrasonic Machine (below) does an incredible job at cleaning instruments! Your mouthpiece will be returned cleaned, disinfected, and bagged! (We've been doing it this way for over 25 years!)

We believe that attention to detail is paramount!

When you bring your instrument in for repair, you'll get it back in the very best condition possible!

We have extensive experience in dent removal! We use both the Ferees dent tool as well as advanced magnetics to get the very best results possible!
