Earn money for your school's music program just by renting from us!

Finally, a program designed to help local schools support their school’s Band and Orchestra programs without having to sell, distribute or do anything other than to rent an instrument through Instrument-rentals.com.  For every band or orchestra instrument rental done online AAA Band Rentals, LLC will create a credit for your school’s band or orchestra teacher valued at 50% of the initial rental payment, so when he/she needs supplies, they can call us and we’ll deliver whatever they need.  The account balances will be made available quarterly to the PTO and teacher, so they'll always know how much they have available.

How does it work?

Simply have either a designated PTO member, music teacher or principle let us know your school would like to participate in the program, answer a few very simple contact questions and that’s it; you’re enrolled.  Now watch your account and your school’s music programs grow!

Is there a form that needs to be submitted to enroll in your program?

Does it cost anything to enroll?

Enrollment is free and super easy.  Simply fill out our simple 5 question online form and you’re all set.

Can my teacher or PTO withdraw the cash value from our account?

Your account value is value in credit dollars and therefore holds no cash value, only credit.  No cash can be withdrawn or refunded.

Is there a limit to how much we can accumulate?

Your account is only limited by the number of rentals done in any given school year.  However, if you’re school is saving for a larger item and wants their credit to roll-over from one year to another, that’s fine.  A 3-year roll-over term is as long as your credit can stay on your account without it being used. However, there is never a credit value limit!  So think BIG!!

What products or services are available to my school through this program?

Through the AAA+ program, your school can accumulate credits toward a vast selection of musical instruments and related accessories from many of the top names in the music products industry.  Additionally, your school may choose to use this program to provide rentals or repairs on school-owned instruments or for those students who may not be able to afford them on their own. This program also may provide a way to help those who want to play, but might not be able to afford it on their own!
