Rental Application Procedure
Your application will be carefully reviewed in a timely manner. If we have any questions regarding the online application you submitted, a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.
The instrument will be prepared for you based on your delivery or pickup choice made at the time you submitted the application.
- If you chose delivery to your school (where applicable), your instrument will be carefully prepared and delivered to your child’s school in time for the first lesson. Deliveries are made to schools once a week . The days of these trips are arranged, in most cases, with your child’s teacher as we keep in close communication with all of the schools we service.
- If you chose home delivery, please allow 72 hours for your application approval and the careful packaging of your valuable rental instrument. Remember, in all cases, an adult signature will be required for receipt of your instrument. All instruments are triple checked for quality control and to insure that all included accessories are enclosed with your instrument. In the event that you receive your instrument with visible damage to the outside container or box, PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT! If there is hidden damage or you believe that there are missing accessories, please immediately email our Customer Service Dept at aaamusic@hotmail.com.
- If you chose to pick up your rental instrument at our location, kindly allow 48 hours of processing time before coming in to pick up your order.

Returns
If your child decides that band or orchestra isn’t for them or they would like to switch to a different instrument, you can simply return the instrument. Just call us at 203-847-3925 to obtain a return authorization from us. Once you have received a return authorization from us, safely box up the instrument in the original shipping box and return it to us. There are no hassles, no fuss – just safely pack the instrument and ship it!
